One of the early Italian power-electronics projects Pierpaolo Zoppo’s Mauthausen Orchestra started in 1982, releasing tapes on his own label Aquilifer Sodality, as well as on the cult labels Broken Flag and Recloose Organization. A retrospective of his early work, "Five Years Of Slaughters," was released in 1990 on LP by Vis A Vis Audio Arts, the short-lived label run by Juntaro Yamanouchi of The Gerogerigegege. For fans of early Broken Flag material - Ramleh, Maurizio Bianchi, Giancarlo Toniutti, etc. Recommended.
